This cake was made for exactly that little girl – and it is going to make her feel like the magic is completely real.
Handcrafted in our Malvern studio, this mermaid birthday cake features a fully edible hand-sculpted mermaid figure as the beautiful centrepiece – shaped and painted entirely by hand with graceful detail, a flowing tail and the kind of enchanting presence that makes every guest at the party reach for their phone before the candles are even lit. The cake is finished in soft ocean-toned buttercream that mimics the movement of water, and the base is decorated with carefully arranged marine details – seashells, starfish, coral and sandy accents that create a complete, cohesive underwater world from every angle. The mermaid figure is fully customisable with the birthday girl’s choice of hair colour, skin tone, tail colour and outfit so it feels entirely unique to her.
