💨 Super Sonic 3D Birthday Cake Melbourne
If one tier is good and a flat design is great, then a two-tier cake with a fully sculpted 3D Sonic figure on top is the ultimate Sonic birthday experience. For the fan who wants the full speed-and-power treatment, this is the cake that delivers it completely.
Handcrafted in our Malvern studio, this two-tier Super Sonic birthday cake features a fully edible 3D hand-sculpted Sonic figure as the bold centrepiece – shaped and detailed by hand with the character accuracy, the dynamic pose and the iconic blue colouring that makes Sonic so instantly and deeply recognisable. The two tiers are finished with a bold, energetic Sonic-inspired design in the classic blue and yellow palette, with speed ring details and graphic elements that capture the energy of the game across every surface. Each tier can be ordered in a different flavour – choose from vanilla, chocolate, raspberry white chocolate or cookies and cream – making this as delicious as it is visually impressive. Serves up to 25 or 40 people depending on the size selected.
What Makes This Cake Special
At Runaway Cupcakes, we have been creating custom cakes in Melbourne since 2015, and our bakers are Royal Melbourne Show Blue Ribbon winners. A two-tier cake with a fully sculpted 3D character figure is a significant step up from a standard character cake – the figure work, the tier design, the overall composition all need to work together to create something genuinely impressive. That is exactly what our bakers bring to every premium Sonic cake they make.
Make It Completely Theirs
Sonic character style, tier colours, speed ring details, name, age, each tier flavour and any Sonic universe details can all be personalised. Want Tails, Knuckles or Shadow alongside Sonic, a specific game era design or matching Sonic cupcakes for the whole party? Just tell us.
Example request: “For Tyler turning 9 – two-tier Super Sonic 3D cake with Sonic figure, blue and yellow tones, chocolate bottom tier and vanilla top tier, his name and age.”
